STPSAT-1, also known as STPSat-1 and OBJECT_ID 2007-006D, is a technology satellite launched by the United States on March 9, 2007, from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station's SLC41 launch pad using an Atlas V 401 launch vehicle. The spacecraft, manufactured by AEROA and owned by AFSMC, has dimensions of 1 meter in length with a diameter of 0.6 meters and a span of 3 meters. It features a dry mass of 165 kg and is powered by four deployable solar arrays, body-mounted solar cells, and batteries. The satellite's configuration is Astro-200, and it was equipped with instruments including SHIMMER, CITRIS, MEPSI, and WSSP for its technology mission. Its shape is described as a box with four panels, and the RCS value is 1.707. STPSAT-1 has remained in stable orbit since its launch date without any major events recorded.
