Summary
COSMOS 2362 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2364, is a navigation satellite launched on December 30, 1998, from the TYMSC launch site using the Proton-K/DM-2 vehicle. It was manufactured by POL and operated under the ownership of VKSR/IACG for navigation purposes. The spacecraft, based on the Uragan bus, has a configuration of 3-axis stabilization, measures 4 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters, and spans 7.8 meters. At launch, it had a mass of 1300 kilograms, reducing to a dry mass of 1200 kilograms. The satellite's power system consists of two deployable solar arrays and batteries.
