COSMOS 2335, also known as Kosmos-2335, is an ocean surveillance satellite launched by Russia on December 11, 1996, from the TSMC site using a Tsiklon-2 launch vehicle. The spacecraft has dimensions of 10 meters in length and 1.3 meters in diameter with a span of 17 meters and a dry mass of 3000 kilograms. It was manufactured by ARSL/KOMET for the mission of passive ocean surveillance, equipped with two deployable fixed solar arrays and batteries for power supply. The satellite has a shape described as "Cyl + 2 Pan" and an RCS value of 23.8053. Its payload is designated as US-PU No. 5L and it belongs to the VMFR owner.
