COSMOS 2324 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2324, is a Russian navigation satellite launched on December 14, 1995, from the Tyuratam Space Center using a Proton-K/DM-2 launch vehicle. It has a cylindrical shape with antennas and two panels, equipped with deployable solar arrays and batteries for power supply. The satellite measures 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and spans 7.8 meters across its deployed elements. At launch, it had a mass of 1300 kg and a dry mass of 1200 kg. Its mission duration was planned for three years. The satellite is part of the GLONASS constellation and carries the Uragan No. 78L payload.
