Summary
COSMOS 2276 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2275, is a navigation satellite launched on April 11, 1994, from the TYSMC launch site using the Proton-K/DM-2 launch vehicle. It features a 3-Axis stabilized configuration and has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and spans up to 7.8 meters. The satellite was manufactured by POL for the VKS (Russian Aerospace Forces) and carries the Uragan No. 58L payload.
