STS 47, also known as Endeavour (STS-47), is a crewed spacecraft with a winged orbiter configuration manufactured by RWI and owned by JSC. Launched on September 12, 1992, from LC39B at the Kennedy Space Center using a Space Shuttle launch vehicle, this satellite measures 37.3 meters in length and span, with a diameter of 23.8 meters. It has a dry mass of 87,025 kilograms and a launch mass of 92,679 kilograms. The spacecraft is powered by fuel cells and batteries and equipped with two OME (AJ10-190) motors for propulsion and a Reaction Control System (RCS) rated at 3.08. Its purpose is to serve as a crewed spacecraft, and its shape consists of a box with wings and fins.
