The PROGRESS-M 14 satellite, also known as Progress M-14, was launched on August 15, 1992, from the TSYMC launch site using a Soyuz-U2 launch vehicle from launch pad LC31. It has a bus type of 7K-TGM and is used for cargo missions. The satellite measures 7.9 meters in length with a diameter of 2.7 meters and a span of 7.9 meters, weighing 6426 kg at launch and having a dry mass of 3750 kg.
