Manufactured by TSSKB, it has a configuration based on the Zenit bus and belongs to an object ID of 1989-051A. The satellite measures 6 meters in length with a diameter of 2.2 meters and spans across 6 meters. Its dry mass is 2655 kg, and its launch mass was also recorded at 2655 kg. Equipped with batteries for power supply and featuring motors including 11D82M and S5.120 (maneuver module), it has a shape described as sphere + DCone with an RCS of 8.6. Launched by an unknown owner from the Soviet Union, its primary mission is reconnaissance through photo (film return type) purposes.
