PROGRESS 41, also known as Progress-41, is a cargo satellite with a BUS type of 7K-TG and was launched on March 16, 1989, from the TSYMC launch site using a Soyuz-U2 vehicle from Launch Pad LC1. Manufactured by NPOE in SU (Soviet Union), it has dimensions of 7.9 meters in length, 2.7 meters in diameter, and spans 7.9 meters. The satellite's dry mass is 4757 kg, with a launch mass of 6995 kg. It uses batteries for power and carries the Progress 7K-TG No. 149 payload for its cargo mission. Its shape consists of a sphere plus cone, cylinder, and panel sections, equipped with a KTDU-80 motor. The satellite is owned by NPOE.
