The spacecraft has dimensions of 6 meters in length and span with a diameter of 2.2 meters, weighing 2655 kilograms at launch and the same when dry. It features an Oblik configuration on a Zenit bus, powered by batteries, with its mission focused on reconnaissance tasks involving photo film returns.
