Summary
COSMOS 1915, also known as Kosmos-1915, is a reconnaissance satellite designed for photo surveillance using film return technology. Launched on January 26, 1988, from the Plesetsk Launch Site (LC41/1) by the Soyuz-U launch vehicle, it was developed and operated under Soviet ownership (SU). The spacecraft has a configuration based on the Zenit bus and is part of the Oblik series. It measures 6 meters in length with a diameter of 2.2 meters and a span of 6 meters.
