COSMOS 1804, also known as Kosmos-1804, is a reconnaissance satellite launched by the Soviet Union on December 4, 1986, from Launch Site TYMSC using the Soyuz-U launch vehicle from LC1. The spacecraft has dimensions of 6 meters in length and 2.2 meters in diameter with a span of 6 meters, operating on dry mass and launch mass both recorded at 2655 kg. It was designed for reconnaissance purposes, specifically photo (film return type) missions, utilizing an Oblik payload No. 351 powered by batteries. The satellite's shape is described as Sphere + DCone with its motor configuration including 11D82M and S5.120 maneuver modules. Manufactured by TSSKB, COSMOS 1804 was part of the Zenit bus series and operated under the BUS Oblik framework.
