COSMOS 1346, also known as Kosmos-1346, is a SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) satellite launched on March 31, 1982, from the PLMSC launch site using LC16/2 with the Vostok 8A92M launch vehicle. The spacecraft, manufactured by YUZH and operated by GRU, has dimensions of 3.2 meters in length and 1.3 meters in diameter, with a span of 13.1 meters. Its dry mass is 1750 kg, which was also its launch mass. It carried the Ikar No. 30L payload for SIGINT purposes and had power generation from two deployable solar arrays along with batteries. The satellite's design included a cylindrical body with antennas, and it had an expected operational lifetime of approximately six months.
