The spacecraft measures approximately 4 meters in length with a diameter of 2 meters and has a span of 5 meters. It had a launch mass of 1250 kilograms and a dry mass of 1150 kilograms. Manufactured by NPOL/KOMET, the satellite was owned by PVO and carried the payload Oko 5V95 No. 6010/3028. Its shape is described as cylindrical with two panels attached, and it has an RCS area of 11.4421 square meters. The launch date coincides with its stable operation date, indicating continuous functionality from the time of deployment.
